a lot of confidence. when you look at the new york times interview of president obama, about the first term, valerie jalor has this about getting health reform passed after scott broun's victory. phil shairo said mr. president, unless you're feeling lucky, i don't know what the third way is. so the president gets up from his chair and he walks over and he looks out the window. and he says, phil, where are you? phil says i'm in the oval office. phil says what's my name? president obama. of course i'm feeling lucky. when you step back and think about it, what he's done and how unlikely it was and how unlikely it is, how do you tell him what can't be done? >> well, you have to take all of that together and look at what happened in the last election. not only did he come in with 51% of the vote, he also increased his majorities in the house and senate. so he's going to be able to take that through to actually getting some of these things passed. and, really, you've seen in his demeanor, really, since the election, you've seen him confident and show the reason for his confidence more than t
